These terms explain the rules for using DrawDent, including drawing practice, accounts, and Community Art. When you create an account, you must agree to these terms. Read our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is used.

1. Learning and accounts

DrawDent is an educational drawing and community tool. Tooth illustrations are simplified study models and may contain errors; individual anatomy varies. DrawDent does not provide diagnosis, treatment advice, clinical certification, or a substitute for supervised dental training. Do not rely on a drawing or community vote to make a patient-care decision.

Use accurate account information, keep your password private, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for your account activity. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, use account features only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Acceptable use

Keep Community Art respectful, safe, and relevant to drawing and learning. Do not:

• Post harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful or abusive content.
• Upload patient photographs, clinical records, identifying patient details, or anyone else's private information.
• Post artwork, photographs, textbook scans, or other material you do not have the right to share, or present someone else's work as your own.
• Spam comments, post deceptive links, distribute malware, or use accounts, bots, or coordinated activity to manipulate votes, points, or rankings.
• Access other people's accounts, evade moderation or security limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service.

3. Your artwork and copyright

You retain any rights you hold in your original drawings and comments. Only upload material you created or have permission or another lawful basis to share. Giving credit alone does not replace permission where permission is required.

By posting content, you give DrawDent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, resize, display, and deliver that content as needed to operate Community Art and its related features. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work or authorize its sale as a separate product.

You can delete your content. Permission for active display ends when the content is removed, except for limited retention needed for backups, security, legal obligations, or handling a dispute as described in the Privacy Policy. Public posts can be viewed and copied by others; DrawDent cannot recall their screenshots or downloads. Viewing another member's artwork does not grant permission to republish or sell it.

DrawDent's site materials and third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Do not redistribute protected site materials without permission or another lawful basis.

4. Moderation and removal

DrawDent reserves the right to review, hide, or remove drawings, comments, replies, profile content, and other community submissions that breach these terms, infringe rights, create safety or security risks, or materially disrupt the community. We may restrict or suspend accounts for these reasons and remove manipulated votes or points. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice.

Community content is not necessarily reviewed before publication. Availability of a post is not an endorsement of its accuracy or legality. Points and badges are community features, have no cash value, and can change when content or votes are removed.

To report content or request a review of a moderation decision, contact a DrawDent admin through our Discord community. Provide the relevant drawing link or username and a clear explanation. Do not post sensitive details publicly; ask an admin for a private conversation.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe content violates your copyright, contact a DrawDent admin through the Discord link above. Identify the original work and the disputed post, explain your rights or authority to act for the owner, and provide a way to contact you. We may request further information and remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing it. Submit reports honestly; do not use reports to harass other members.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep DrawDent useful and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free illustrations, or permanent storage. Save your own copies of important drawings. Features may change or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy describes account information, public posts, service providers, and deletion. Accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

We may update these terms and will show the revised effective date on this page. For material changes affecting registered users, we will provide notice and seek renewed agreement where required by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively grant broader rights to content you previously uploaded.
